Ski or snowshoe by candlelight at Zippel Bay State Park on Saturday, March 3rd
Minnesota state parks and trails, along with the Zippel Bay Friends Group, will host its popular
candlelight event again this winter on (Saturday, March 3rd). Drop by any time between 5 and
8 p.m. for an unforgettable experience of skiing or snowshoeing along a candlelit trail in the
woods.
The groomed ski trail starts at the trail center and is suitable for beginner-level skiers or
snowshoers of all ages. Snowshoes and a limited number of skis can be checked out at the
park.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided in the trail center by the Zippel Bay Friend’s Group
