Honey Fried Walleye
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 filets walleye or white fish
- 1 cup oil
2. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, salt and pepper.
3. Dip fillets into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
4. In a large skillet, heat oil; fry fish over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
