Red Tomato Jelly
|RED TOMATO JELLY|
4 c. tomatoes, skinned & cut up
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello (or strawberry)
3 3/4 c. sugar
In large kettle, bring tomatoes to a boil, add lemon juice and sugar, stir. Boil 20 minutes (watch so it doesn’t boil over). Remove from heat and add Jello, stir well. Let cool slightly and put in container. Refrigerate or freeze.
