Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Loin

Ingredients
  • 2 lb pork loin
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Sprinkle Cajun seasoning to taste
Instructions
  1. Throw all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 4 hours on high. Check temperature.
  3. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Pork loin is finished when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
