Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Loin
Ingredients
- 2 lb pork loin
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Throw all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Cook for 4 hours on high. Check temperature.
- DO NOT OVERCOOK. Pork loin is finished when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
