Registration will be determined by date full payment received.  Exhibit space does not include electrical services, tent, phone, water, or furnishings.  Generator use is allowed by vendors.

Exhibits are to be open 9-6 Friday and Saturday, August, 30-31st, 2019, 9-4 on Sunday, September 1st, 2019.  No take-down before 4pm on Sunday. All exhibits to be removed by Monday, September, 2nd 2019 at 4pm. No onsite residency.

Insurance certificate must be provided. Exhibitor parking passes will be provided with parking up near farmstead. Setup Wednesday and Thursday, August, 28-29th. Site protection in evenings. No pets on the exhibit or contest grounds. Other advertising opportunities are also available.

10am – 2pm, Ploughing Contest

Noon – 6pm, Entertainment, Food, Beer Garden, Vendors, Displays

6pm, Gates Close  (4pm on Sun., Sep 1)
