Walleye-Quesadillas

We love quesadillas at this house and they are so easy to make. IF you have any walleye leftovers, consider using them for this quick and simple dish. ย These walleye quesadillas boast a refreshing flavor special enough for guests. Serve with salsa on the side and sour cream to your taste. Photo by Taste of Home.
