Walleye Alfredo
- 3 fillets per person
- Rits Crackers
- Saltine Crackers
- Noodles
- Crush rits and saltine crackers to a fine in a large Ziploc bag. Add slightly damp fillets and shake. Place cracker batter coated fillets in pan of olive oil and fry until done.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
- Place cooked noodles onto a plate for serving. Pour Alfredo sauce on noodles and then add fillets to top of noodles and sauce or vice versa.
