Quick Garlic Lime Chicken

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • In a shallow dish, combine the first 5 ingredients; add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Drain discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Grill , covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads, 165°, 7-8 minutes on each side.
